A WRITER'S LIFE…
January 2005
Happy New Year!
I hope everyone had a joyous and blessed Holiday and I pray that the New Year will be filled with blessings, peace, and grace.
There is an expression that goes: 'time flies when you're having fun'. As I get closer and closer to my next book release date, I know that's true. It seems like just yesterday my eighth novel was a year away from being released, but here it is, with just a few months to go and the feedback I've gotten has been incredible.
As I writer, I always worry about hitting the mark. I am deeply concerned about giving my readers the best story I can give, while sprinkling a little 'take-with-you' wisdom in the mix. Well I'm happy to report that the results are in: I have crafted another winner.
I know the wait has been long for most of my readers. I get e-mails often about when is my next book coming out. As I said before, I took a little break in 2004, but now I am back up on the saddle. My next book will be coming out shortly and the word is it is well worth the wait. Not letting any more dust settle under my feet, I'm currently working on three more novels, with an additional two dancing around in my head.
Speaking of novels, don't forget to check out Monica McKayhan's debut "As Real As It Gets." Monica has arrived on the literary scene with a sizzling first book that will have you turning those pages and wanting more. It's now available in bookstores and on-line. Having had the pleasure of reading an advance copy, all I can say is: you go girl.
This first day of the New Year finds me with a Christmas tree be taken down and glass ornaments to be packed away. My front door holiday wreath has to be wrapped up for safe keeping and the living room furniture needs to be put back into it's original place. As look back on 2004, I see that it was an incredible year for me on many fronts. I am looking forward to 2005 and pray that wonderful things are in store for us all.
As always, I invite you to drop me a line at: [email protected]. I love hearing from you and promise to hit you back.
Until next time, may your life be filled with love, light, and understanding. Until next time,
Peace and Blessings,
Margaret
