A  WRITER'S  LIFE…
May 2005

Hello Everyone.
My 'Baby' Has Arrive and She is Beautiful...

A few months back I announced that my next release would be my first full self venture from start to finish. I also shared the hard sometimes perilous journey I ventured on as I took full control of my writing career.
I thanked all my patient readers who hadn't seen a MJH novel since 2003 and promised that my next book would be well worth the wait. Well, I am happy to say that today marks the official release of my eight novel "This Time" and wonderful reviews are coming in:

What People Are Saying about "THIS TIME"
"Unforgettable...As expected from Margaret Johnson-Hodge, THIS TIME is a terrific urban relationship drama that brings to life Queens, New York through the actions and reactions of an ensemble cast. The key to this fine tale is that the prime players and their particular angst seem real. Readers who appreciate a deep character development study that looks closely at their desires, needs and consternations of four individuals and to a lesser degree, two others, go no further than Ms. Johnson-Hodge; she is one of the best."
                                                                                                           - Harriet Klausner

"Highly Recommended...Margaret Johnson-Hodge has captured the pure unadulterated feelings of heartbreak and despair, and the joy of moving on in her latest novel "This Time", which is the sequel to "True Lies." While reading this story, I was forced to look at my times of heartbreak and I felt like Dajah was someone I could relate to. Margaret Johnson-Hodges' raw and emotional writing style makes her one of my favorite authors and I highly recommend this book to others".                                                                       - Book-Remarks.com

"Loved it....Powerful, powerful story. THIS TIME is literary gumbo, a rare combination of characters real enough to touch, a  storyline with more twists and turns than an Amusement park, and insights on every page about life, love, and the intersection of both. Margaret Johnson-Hodge is at turns poetic, wise, and most importantly, entertaining. THIS TIME is right on time."
                                                                - Phillip Thomas Duck, author of "Playing with Destiny"

When I sat down to write "This Time", as always, I strived to present to my readers the best book I could create. The reviews coming in say that I've accomplished that feat and again, I thank every single one of you that waited so patiently for the release of my book. Well, the wait is over.
Let me know what you thought of my latest. Good, bad or indifferent, I welcome your thoughts.
Until next time, may your life be filled with love, light, and understanding. Until next time,
    Peace and Blessings,
    Margaret
